In Jazgo Travels, our priority is to offer a travel experience satisfactory. However, we understand that you may encounter unforeseen. Below, we detail our return policy:

1. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Bookings of Tour Packages:

    • If you cancel your reservation with at least 30 days in advance, you will be entitled to a refund of 80% of the total amount paid.
    • If you cancel between 15 and 29 days before the date of departure, will incur a charge of 50% of the total amount paid.
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance are non-refundable.
  • Booking of Accommodation Services and Transport:

    • Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will be entitled to a refund of 70% of the total amount paid.
    • Cancellations made with less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.

 

2. Reservation amendments

  • Changes in Dates:

    • You can request changes in the dates of your booking at least 15 days notice, without additional charge, subject to availability.
    • Changes requested less than 15 days in advance may be subject to additional charges depending on the availability and the policies of the providers.
  • Changes in Services Including:

    • The changes in the services included in your package, as additional excursions or changes in the type of room, will be subject to availability and possible additional charges.

 

3. Refunds for Problems with the Service

  • If you experience significant problems with the services provided (such as inadequate housing, or transportation problems), we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to resolve the situation.
  • If we can not solve the problem to your satisfaction, we will evaluate the case and, if applicable, we will proceed with a refund, partial or total, depending on the severity of the issue and the terms of the provider.
